I hear things of who you were and small stories of your childhood.. I've always known you were a great person, hard worker, amazing Dad, Uncle, Grandpa, Friend Son and Brother.. You've always been an amazing brother to my Father and I'm glad he had you in his life physically for so long. Now you are all with us spiritually. I can see that my father looked up to you and the great person that you were in the physical life on earth, this has passed down into my father and he is an amazing person that I look up to and hope to be in my future years when I start my own family someday. It was from great examples that I can look at my Father and forever be proud of who he is and all he does for the ones he loves. I know we didn't talk a whole lot but with men like you and my Father humble by nature, speeches of self significance were never needed to prove or show others the good hearts you both have. Mistakes have been made in all of our lives, but I believe it is how you come out of the hard times that defines the great men. You were truly a great man and it never took much to see that. A presence of pure and true goodness that only some people walk with. I hope to gain this gift one day in my life.. Thank you for being so proud of my Dad.. I always tell my friends of how proud my Uncle Tom was of My Dad Samuel Robert Reyes Sr. because of how my Dad although may have had rough times became the person he is today and is successful in all aspects of his life. I'll never forget that.. My Dad did an amazing Job speaking it really showed his love for you. Ethan loved you a lot, he has a pure heart that truly walks along the lines of Jesus and I believe that without knowing it Ethan is one of the purest Christian hearted people that walk this earth and he doesn't even know it. After listening to my Fathers speech I realized that my little brother is a responsibility that can never lose significance to my life. I love him dearly and will do anything I can to keep him who he is. We could all use a lesson from watching Ethan Jack Reyes. He's quite possibly the kindest person I've ever known. I will always be there for him and there is nothing I wouldn't do to protect him. I love my brother. I could keep going on for hours but I'll end it here. Thank you for being the person that you were. Because of this you've really helped shape the lives of those around you for the better for EVERYONE around you.
